Refund policy
For hand-made items, we do not except returns, but we will honor an exchange request if you reach out within 7 days of delivery.
For print on demand items, we cannot except returns, but we do have a 30-day quality guarantee policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a reprint or replacement if the item arrives damaged or with a printing error. We cannot accept returns or refunds on these items, unless there was a printing or shipping error.
To be eligible for a reprint or replacement item, please message me ASAP after the item is delivered, with a photo of the error. We have to submit the complaint inside of 30 days in order to correct the error. My printing partners have been great about correcting any rare errors so far!

For handmade items, if your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All of our items are currently handmade or custom printed on demand. These items cannot be returned. But, take advantage of the unique opportunity and request a personalization! Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Most items in this shop qualify as custom, personalized merchandise not eligible for refund under this EU policy.
Notwithstanding the above, If the item you purchased does not have any personalization, and if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You may choose to pay shipping to return the item for a refund of your original purchase price. Shipping is not refundable.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
